  • Drive through the gated entrance and down the long gravel drive.
  • While the roads to MontEagle are paved, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60 or more days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Although the owner's dogs have been in the home, this property is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside or outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The reserving guest must be the person signing the agreement and must stay at the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. Two kiln-dried packs of wood and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.

Parking Information

  • Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, utensils, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and ice-maker.
  • Starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one or two nights.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer provided.
  • High-speed internet available.

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.
